|Molino Pasini’s dried yeast is just what you need for making pizzas from scratch. The instant dried yeast can be added directly to flour, salt and olive oil to create a dough which needs to be kneaded and left to prove before baking.
This yeast comes in a 500g packet, but use the amount specified in your recipe. Be sure to keep in a cool, dry place between uses. If you are used to working with fresh yeast, Molino Pasini’s ‘nuage’ dried yeast has the following comparison: 100g fresh yeast = 60g nuage yeast.
